Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-18. These terms govern your purchase and use of Sculk AntiCheat licences and this website. By creating an account or purchasing a licence, you agree to them.

1. What you're buying

A Sculk licence is a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to run the Sculk AntiCheat plugin:

  • Premium — one licence per Minecraft server instance. Each additional server needs its own licence.
  • Network — one licence per network: unlimited backend servers operated behind a single proxy by the same owner.
  • Free — no purchase required; use is governed by the plugin EULA.

Licences include updates. We don't charge again for new versions of the tier you bought.

2. What you may not do

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the plugin jar or your licence key.
  • Decompile, deobfuscate, or modify the plugin except where law grants that right regardless of these terms.
  • Use the plugin or site to attack, disrupt, or harvest data about other services or players.

Licence keys found shared publicly may be revoked; we'll contact the account holder first where possible.

3. Refunds

Refund policy placeholder: the final policy (window, conditions, and how digital-goods rules in your jurisdiction apply) will be set before launch and stated here. Until it is, refund requests are handled case-by-case via support@sculk.example.com.

4. Accounts

You're responsible for the security of your account and for keeping your email current — licence delivery and security notices go there. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Service changes

We may update the site, the plugin, and these terms. Material changes to the terms will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes is acceptance.

6. Disclaimers

No anticheat detects everything, and Sculk is provided "as is" without a warranty that it will catch every cheat or never produce a false flag. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.

Sculk AntiCheat is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
