Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 July 2026. These terms govern your purchase and use of Sculk AntiCheat licences and this website. By creating an account or purchasing a licence you agree to them. They are a contract between you and Sculk AntiCheat(“Sculk”, “we”, “us”), the seller of the products on www.sculkac.com.

1. The products

We sell licences to two separate anticheat products. A licence is a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to run the software, granted per the tier you buy.

Minecraft — Sculk AntiCheat plugin.

  • Free — no purchase; use is governed by the plugin EULA.
  • Premium — one licence per Minecraft server instance; each additional server needs its own licence.
  • Network — one licence per network: unlimited backend servers operated behind a single proxy by the same owner.

FiveM — Sculk AntiCheat resource.

  • FiveM Server — one licence per FiveM server.
  • FiveM Network — one licence covering unlimited servers operated by the same owner.

Licences include updates to the tier you bought. We do not charge again for new versions of that tier.

2. Delivery

Products are digital and delivered electronically. On successful payment we immediately issue your licence key and provide the download (the plugin JAR for Minecraft, the resource archive for FiveM) in your account. You can add or change the server address bound to a licence later from your account. If a delivery ever fails, reach us via the support form and we will resolve it.

3. Price, GST and payment

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we never receive or store your full card details. Prices may change, but a change never affects a purchase already completed.

4. Refunds and your consumer rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. You are also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.

In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if the product does not work for your server, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Because licences are digital and delivered instantly, we do not otherwise offer change-of-mind refunds once a licence key has been issued, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires one. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Request a refund via the support form.

5. What you may not do

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the software or your licence key.
  • Decompile, deobfuscate, or modify the software except where the law grants that right regardless of these terms.
  • Use the software or site to attack, disrupt, or harvest data about other services or players.
  • Use the software to build a competing detection product.

Licence keys found shared publicly may be revoked; we will contact the account holder first where possible.

6. Licence transfers and resets

A licence is bound to your account. You may move a licence between your own servers by updating the bound server address from your account. We do not support transferring a licence to a different owner. If a server binding needs resetting (for example, a hardware or host change), request it from your account or via support.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account and for keeping your email current — licence delivery and security notices go there. We support email magic-link sign-in and Discord, Cfx.re and Google sign-in, with optional two-factor authentication. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Updates, support and discontinuation

Your tier includes updates and the support level listed on the pricing page. We may change the site, the software, and these terms; material changes to the terms are announced here with a new date, and continued use after a change is acceptance. If we ever discontinue a product, we will give reasonable notice, and any licence key you hold will continue to validate for the version last released to you.

9. Disclaimers and liability

No anticheat detects everything. The software is provided on an “as is” basis and we do not warrant that it will catch every cheat, never produce a false flag, or run without interruption. You are responsible for punishment decisions made on your server. To the extent permitted by law (and subject to section 4), our total liability arising from a licence is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you and we submit to the jurisdiction of its courts. Formal notices to us should be sent via the support form.

Sculk AntiCheat is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. FiveM and Cfx.re are trademarks of their respective owners; Sculk is an independent product and is not affiliated with them.
